  • 王建民說，今年春訓的時候，教練希望看到球速，在比賽中球速到九十四英里、九十五英里，才有機會可以上大聯盟。

    王建民目前是自由球員，新東家還沒有著落，他說「都是經紀公司跟球團聯絡，現在還沒有消息」。對於明年有什麼期待？王建民說「也沒有什麼期待，有球隊就打，沒有球隊可能就直接退休」。

    去年季後到德州棒球學校訓練，收到成效，王建民說在那裡是調整動作，讓投球時用到全身的力量，手臂比較不容易受傷，投球順暢度更好。

    旅美棒球好手王建民今天清晨返回台灣，停留約一個月的時間，談到明年球季，王建民力拚重返大聯盟，但也提到「如果沒球隊打，可能直接退休」。
